Gerhard Schubert GmbH, a globally recognized innovation and market leader, will showcase its robot-based flexible top-loading (TLM) packaging technology at CIPM 2021 from May 10-12, 2021. Modular equipment packs various pharmaceutical products with diverse dosage forms and outstanding efficiency. The experienced specialists of the Schubert-Pharma division ensure that the packaging process is safe and reliable and complies with international standards. Since 2018, Schubert has established a sales and service company in Shanghai to serve Chinese customers.
With its efficient TLM packaging process automation technology, Schubert relies ON the interaction of simple machinery, intelligent control technology and a high degree of modularity. Schuebrt’s broad product portfolio includes everything from case packers, pick and place machines and pillow packers to customized and extremely complex packaging line systems. The experienced developers of Schubert-Pharma individually design packaging systems according to the specific requirements of the customer: Thanks to Schubert’s modular systems and highly developed robotics, additional processes such as labelling, inserting Instructions for use or prescribed quality control, etc., integrated into the packaging machine. Thanks to the combination of all system components, the Schubert system achieves a high level of efficiency and process reliability to meet the stringent international standards of the pharmaceutical industry.
Automation solutions for a wide range of pharmaceutical products
Schubert can package a wide variety of pharmaceutical products and medical devices for use in healthcare facilities or self-medication. Dosage forms range from small BFS (blow-fill-seal) packs of just a few milliliters to canisters, from pressure-sensitive tubes, pillow packs and blister packs to fragile glass vials, ampoules and glass syringes. It is also possible to package position-sensitive products or combination kits that need to be assembled from several parts. For all products, Schubert develops robotic tools that can be precisely installed and exchanged to guarantee extremely gentle product handling and a high degree of flexibility in packaging form. Through the GRIPS.world digital customer platform, the packaging machine also provides all important functions and data at a glance for monitoring, performance optimization and documentation.
